TM Gears – No Refund Policy

At TMGears.pk, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the type of products we sell, we follow a strict no-refund policy. By completing a purchase on our website or through our official platforms, you agree to the terms outlined below.

🚫 No Refunds on Purchases

All sales made through TMGears.pk are final. We do not provide refunds (full or partial) on any products or services, including but not limited to:

Gaming peripherals (keyboards, mice, headsets, controllers, etc.)
PC accessories (mousepads, cables, stands, etc.)
Licensed software and activation keys
Customized or bundled gear
Value-added services like installation, configuration, or consultation

Once your order is confirmed and processed, it is considered non-refundable.

📌 Why Refunds Are Not Offered

Product Sensitivity: Peripherals and accessories, once unsealed or used, cannot be verified as new.
Customization: Configured or bundled gear is personalized and cannot be restocked.
Digital Goods: Licenses and activation keys are non-returnable once delivered.
Vendor Restrictions: Our suppliers and partners also operate under non-refundable terms.

🔄 Buyback Option (Conditional)

While refunds are not available, in rare cases, we may consider a buyback if specific conditions are met:

Item is unused or in excellent condition
Original packaging is intact
Request is made within a short time after delivery

If approved, TM Gears may repurchase the product at a reduced rate, after deductions for usage, market value, and product type.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

Please refer to our Warranty Policy for support options.
Refunds will not be issued.
If eligible under warranty, we will assist with repair or replacement as per vendor policies.
Items damaged during shipping that are outside of TM Gears’ control are not grounds for a refund.

❌ Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or customized, it cannot be canceled.
Prepaid orders are also non-refundable, even in cases of delayed delivery, change of mind, or customer error.

🚫 Unauthorized Returns

Do not return any items without written authorization from TM Gears.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the sender’s cost.
No refund, replacement, or exchange will be provided for such items.

⚡ Summary: Every purchase at TM Gears is final. If your item has issues, our Warranty Policy applies, but refunds are never offered.
