At TM Gears, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been sold.
Instead, we provide full support under our warranty policy, ensuring that genuine hardware defects are addressed in compliance with manufacturer/vendor warranty terms.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Warranty Period
- The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and will expire automatically, even if the product has not been fully used, installed, or operated during that period.
- Exclusions from Warranty
- Defects or damages incurred due to improper transportation, storage, handling, or shipment, outside of TM Gears’ responsibility.
- Any product where warranty information, serial number, or seal has been tampered with, removed, or altered after the original purchase.
- Damage caused by DOB (Dead on Burn) or electrical surges.
- Consumables and accessories such as power adapters, cables, batteries, installed software, and bundled items do not carry any warranty.
- Warranty does not cover dot/spot appearances on display panels (LCD/LED monitors, laptop screens).
- Conditional Warranty
- TM Gears reserves the right to deny warranty claims if outstanding customer payments are overdue or delayed beyond agreed terms.
- Local Warranty Claim Process
- Local Warranty means you do not have to pay any service charges to claim a warranty.
- Faulty components will be sent to the respective vendor/distributor for warranty processing.
- As most vendors are based outside Pakistan, the process can take 1–3 months, and any further delays from vendors, customs, or shipping will not be the responsibility of TM Gears.
